So,

The house is luxury back of Cevahir...etc. 15 minutes walk to Besiktas feries, 20 minutes walking distance to Taksim, or 6 TL by taksi, or by metro 2 station, or with metro bus connected to airport, asia, kadıkoy, marmara....etc.

And house is double flat and has 2 bathrooms, and 3 big balcony and and and, sureeee is the best in istanbull.

Price can be negotiated and can 2 people share the room, by giving little more.
